     The biggest and the most modern shopping and entertainment centre in the region. Restoration of exiting structures in the area of former Abattoir and Meat Processing Plant, which were subject to Conservator’s supervision.
Parts of historical masonry walls and monumental water-tower building were incorporated into a new merger of designed commercial buildings with shopping streets covered with glass roofs.
